The G3 One Shot Lubricator is designed to inject a precise, controlled amount of lubricant into the starter air stream during each engine start attempt, helping reduce wear and ensure smooth starter operation. It mounts directly to the starter inlet port using a separate right-angle fitting. The unit is compatible with diesel fuel or lightweight oil as the lubricating medium and operates within an air pressure range of 45–150 psi and a temperature range of -28°C to 120°C. It delivers a lubrication rate of 0.5 cc per start with an operating lubricant pressure of 0–45 psi. For reliable performance, the lubrication line and valve must be completely purged of air before operation. The lubricator is equipped with durable Viton seals for enhanced chemical resistance and long service life and features a 1/4" NPT lubricant inlet port and a 3/8" NPT valve connection port for easy installation.
